I have taught people who sing want to sing as a casual hobby, and people who want a professional career in voice performance, so my teaching style depends on how committed you, the student, are to studying voice. I teach all styles ranging from the three basic styles (classical, jazz, and musical theatre) to all the contemporary styles in between.
A typical lesson with me will consist of breathing/vocal exercises, technique work, sight-reading/sight-singing practice, performance coaching, and working on differing forms of repertoire, more or less depending on your commitment.
